A summary of our three service offerings is below:

Staff Augmentation – One or more ITLogica resources will supplement existing staff with completing a task or project.

ITLogica works directly with the client to fill a resource need. We quickly assist with identifying the need and delivering fully qualified resources to the client site.

Solution Delivery – This offering is targeted for end to end projects to be completed within a specific time frame.

The project scale and types can range from simple to complex migrations, data conversions, configurations, testing initiatives, package integrations, or custom application development. We provide management and oversight, a comprehensive proposal, and project plan detailing how the project will be executed.

Managed Service – This offering is leveraged for on going outsourced initiatives where our team becomes an extension of our client’s capability.

These projects are longer term in duration. Examples include application maintenance, release schedules, or center of excellence type of engagements. We provide a comprehensive proposal and account governance plan that includes key performance indicators, and/or service-level metrics to monitor performance.
