This position will be located in Indianapolis, IN, and is responsible for overseeing the coordination and communication between client onsite personnel and ITLogica offshore resources. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating exemplary communication skills
MPartner with client and collaborate with ITLogica offshore team to achieve project objectives
Understand system business intent/practical application and translate that into direction to ITLogica offshore technical and testing team
Drive team to successfully execute commitments by identifying and managing resolution of issues
Serve as an initial on-site point of contact and escalation for client and project issues
Identify and proactively resolve issues that encumber delivery
Communicate account and project status to project teams and senior management
Interact effectively directly with the client team to observe and fully understand issues, to ask clarifying questions

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT consulting and solution delivery

Develop or modify functional modification test plans and test cases to ensure that software modifications correctly reflect the functional design documentation
Develops or modify system integration test plans and test cases to ensure that software modifications do not adversely impact existing software performance or functionality
Set up test data to be used for execution of test plans
Execute test plans and record/report results
Participate in reviews of errors reported during test execution to determine the severity/priority of errors. Work with the functional analysts and developers to ensure that the errors are corrected
Maintain statistics on defects reported (by severity level and software module: outstanding, corrections in progress, completed, reinstated)
Assist in the process of developing Functional Design Specifications
Participate in the review of client business requirement documents and functional design documents to determine if proposed modifications will satisfy client needs
Record and report discrepancies between business requirements and functional design documents to clients and functional consultants

Requirements:
